Subject	is it ok to delete the hard line for the CC?

Message	I've currently got the entire hard line tree out of my car for an underbody refresh and figured that when I go to put it back in I'd cut off the hard line which normally feeds the carbon canister and just cap it back at the tank - or at the very least, just have it vent back there somewhere. Thoughts? Opinions?
